“Up from the Slump”

This workshop teaches you how to tame two dragons that keep your body in pain and keep you running for the medicine cabinet: poor posture and lack of movement. Learn the best and the easiest ways to maintain good body mechanics and ergonomics. In just 12 minutes per day you can perform a simple system of circular exercises that protect your joints and stretch your muscles. You will receive a special workbook with the circular exercises along with a DVD of Dr. Joan demonstrating the exercises, a copy of the power point presentation and a special journal from Healing Unleashed®.
